General Terms and Conditions of Re Impact GmbH
§1 Validity for businesses and term definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.
Consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text
(1) The following regulations on the conclusion of the contract apply to orders via our online shop http://www.re-impact.de.

(3) The presentation of the goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation for the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) When an order is received in our online shop, the following rules apply: The consumer submits a binding contract offer by successfully completing the order procedure provided for in our online shop.
The order takes place in the following steps:
- Selection of the desired goods
- Confirmation by clicking the "Order" buttons
- Checking the information in the shopping cart
- Clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button
- Login to the online shop after registration and entering the login details (email address and password).
- Re-checking or correcting the respective entered data.
- Confirmation of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
- Binding submission of the order.
The consumer can return to the internet page where the customer's details are recorded before sending the binding order by pressing the "Back" button contained in the internet browser they are using, check their details and correct input errors or cancel the order process by closing the internet browser. We confirm the receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions by email. You can view the Terms and Conditions at any time at https://re-impact.de/agb. You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account -> My Orders.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The stated prices include the statutory sales tax and other price components. Any shipping costs are added.
(2) The consumer has the option of payment by advance payment, cash on delivery, direct debit, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, they are obligated to pay the purchase price immediately after the conclusion of the contract. If we deliver by cash on delivery, the purchase price claim becomes due upon receipt of the goods.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery takes place here at the latest within 6 working days. The delivery period starts in the case of advance payment on the day after the payment order to the bank commissioned with the transfer and for all other payment methods on the day after the contract conclusion. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item passes to the buyer only upon handover of the item, even in the case of a sale by dispatch.
(3) You agree that for the purpose of delivery, your email address and telephone number will be passed on to the carrier.
§5 Retention of title
We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
